WHat Options we Offer

Our options for hosting events with us are tailored to your specific needs and goals to ensure you and your guests have a great time. We have both inside and fenced-in outside space available with games, pool tables, fire pit, covered patio and plenty of seating.

  • Want to keep the party going?

    We host many post-wedding celebrations on the weekends (Friday & Saturday), from Camelot Meadows and surrounding venues.

    Whether you have 10, 30 or 100 people coming for the afterparty, we can accommodate.

    No Minimums, No Rental Fee - Just Show Up!

    All we ask is you contact us at least 7-days ahead of the event and give us an estimate of the number of guests you anticipate coming over, so we can prepare and staff accordingly.

  • Just Looking for a Space to Get Together?

    We can accommodate small parties and gatherings looking for space to come together, however, the bar will remain open to the public

    Options:

    • Just Space

      • No Minimum or Fees

      • No Outside Catering unless approved

      • Small Decorations Allowed Upon Approval (Few Balloons and some table decor - not impeding business to the public)

      • Approval Required for Kids Under 18

    • Space & More

      • Entertainment Allowed with Approval

      • Outside Catering Allowed with Approval

      • Large Decorations Allowed with Approval - Not impeding business to public)

      • Approval Required for Kids Under 18

        Fees:

        Sunday-Thursday: Maximum 3-hrs ($350)

        Friday:  Maximum 3-hrs (Not past 9:00pm) ($500)

        Saturday:  Maximum 3-hrs (Not past 9:00pm) ($500)/ Daytime (12:00-4:00pm) ($350)

  • Need a Private Space?

    We can accommodate large and small private events such as corporate or non-profit events, watch parties, surprise parties and more! We can custom tailor the event and help schedule entertainment, food trucks, and bar specials that your guests will love.

    Closed to Public (Minimum of 3hrs)

    Fees:

    • Monday-Thursday: ($750) 

    • Friday:  (All Night - $9,500 | 4:00-9:00pm -$3,500)

    • Saturday:  (All Night - $9,500 | 4:00-9:00pm -$3,500) / (Day Time (12:00-4:00pm - $3,000)

    • Sunday: (Up to 5 hours - $1,200) | Per Additional Hour -$200)
